*Disclosure of Conflicts of Interest: During the 2025 Legislative Session House Bill 504 was adopted. This bill amends Utah State Code to require an individual who files for office to submit a Conflict of Interest Disclosure Statement at the time they declare their candidacy (unless an incumbent running for re-election who has already submitted a disclosure for that year). These forms require detailed information; we recommend filing it out prior to coming to the office to declare your candidacy.
